To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the International Garden Festival, the Festival is celebrating in style with many events and activities. The Journées de réflexion [Discussion Days] are being held on the theme Ouvrir les possibles [Unfolding Possibilities] on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23.
Interdisciplinary and inclusive, the Journées de réflexion will bring together professionals, specialists, students, and members of the general public. The two-day event aims to stimulate discussion, to share best practices within and between the academic, professional and non-specialized worlds, as well as to welcome leaders in various fields.
The opening lecture will be given by Chantal Colleu-Dumond, director of France’s leading venue for the presentation of contemporary gardens, the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire and its Festival International des Jardins.
