This winter the Reford Gardens/Jardins de Métis are pleased to announce a new and exciting workshop at the gardens. Linda Rutenberg, author of The Gaspe Peninsula: Land on the Edge of Time, will offer a two day winter photographic session, on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8. On Saturday she will begin with a short lecture on different approaches to taking photographs in the snow. Then you will head out for a day in the garden exploring a world which few have the opportunity to see. The afternoon session will be spent working on a theme. On Sunday morning you will return for a 3 hour critique of the work you have shot. The group will be limited to 10 and Linda will work with each of you individually emphasizing composition, technique and expression. Price: $ 250 plus tax This workshop takes part of the Garden Winter Wonderland event. This is a one time opportunity at a reasonable price. We hope to see you.
