The International Garden Festival is the most important contemporary garden festival in North America. Every year, it receives more than 200 project proposals from 40+ countries.

Five teams are selected to create their ecclectic vision embedded in nature. The Festival held its 20th anniversary edition in 2019. Since it began in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium, more than 1 million visitors have explored the Festival gardens and been inspired by the more than 200 projects that have been exhibited. Serving as a blank canva for many designers over the years, the Festival has inspired architects and landscape architects to approach public spaces with a new perspective.
